Development Project Engineer At Cambridge Connected

Join Cambridge Connected as a Development Project Engineer to help enhance municipal infrastructure in Cambridge. Collaborate with diverse teams on technical reviews, project management, and community engagement. Reporting to the Manager of Development Engineering, this role requires a Civil Engineering background and four years of experience in municipal development. The successful candidate will conduct technical reviews of development applications and manage Environmental Assessments. You’ll directly impact infrastructure growth while fostering relationships with city departments and external agencies. Key Responsibilities Review development applications for compliance with design standards Manage Municipal Class Environmental Assessments and capital projects Prepare and oversee Subdivision Agreements with consultations Represent the City at public information sessions and meetings Respond to inquiries from the public and stakeholders Requirements Four years’ experience in municipal development Proficiency in Engineering software and Microsoft Office Solid communication and project management skills Valid G drivers license required Hold relevant educational qualifications in Civil Engineering Use your expertise in engineering to contribute to the City of Cambridges growth and success.
