This role requires a deep understanding of project costing, commercial construction, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project estimation and bidding, material take off (MTO), and construction management. Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and bids. Conduct thorough material take offs (MTO) to determine project requirements. Leverage expertise in commercial construction and blueprint reading to deliver high-quality project estimations. Utilize industry-specific software such as Bluebeam and PROCORE to enhance estimation accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with the construction management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in project estimation, bidding, and construction management. Proficiency in using industry-specific software such as Bluebeam and PROCORE. Solid understanding of commercial construction, blueprint reading, and material take off (MTO). Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and competitive project estimates. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
