School Based Therapist

Job Description Integrative Counseling Solutions, Inc. seeks a licensed therapist with a LISW, LMSW, LMHC or LMFT to join our growing School Based Team serving 8 counties in Central Iowa. The role involves evaluating and treating children, teens, adults and families within school settings and collaborating with school staff to meet their needs. Responsibilities Evaluating and assessing children, parents and families and developing specific mental health treatment plans. Providing individual and family therapy services with emphasis on dealing with trauma and building resilience. Collaborating with school staff to meet the needs of children and families. Qualifications Master's degree and licensure as an LISW, LMSW, LMHC or LMFT. Over 2 years of experience as a licensed therapist, with additional training in a therapeutic method. Experience providing therapeutic services to children, youth and families. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Clear background checks through the Division of Criminal Investigation and the Child Abuse Registry. Valid driver's license.
