The amount of experience in the RV industry is less important than having the qualities of a successful service advisor (communication, punctual, hustle, reliability, positive attitude…etc)Responsibilities:Providing customers with excellent customer service throughout their entire service experience.Effectively communicate with customers to determine RV repairs needed or maintenance recommended.Prepare repair orders outlining an accurate and detailed description of the repairs/maintenance that is needed.Keep in close contact with customers updating them on the status of their service work.Work with our manufacturers and suppliers to determine warranty coverage for repairs.Provide estimates for repairs to customers and insurance companies.Qualifications:Hustle - The service team moves fast and so does the competitionAbove & Beyond - Our team believes in going the extra mile for our customersAttitude - We believe in hard work and having fun while doing it!
