What You'll Do

As a Swimming Pool Service Technician, you'll work independently and with a team to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of pool systems and equipment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform seasonal pool openings and closings
• Conduct routine pool maintenance and service visits
• Diagnose and repair pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and related equipment
• Test and balance pool water chemistry
• Service both residential and commercial aquatic facilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with customers

What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience or technical/trade school training
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
• Ability to pass a BG check and drug screening
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

Schedule

✅ Full-Time, 1st Shift

✅ Monday–Friday

✅ Seasonal overtime available during peak opening and closing seasons

Compensation & BenefitsPay:

$20–$30 per hour , depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Vernon, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
