Leading flexographic label and folded booklet provider based in the Midwest is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Executive for the NE region due to an upcoming retirement.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clients in the NE region to generate leads and new business. Some accounts will be provided.
• Conduct telephone calls, emails, and in-person visits and presentations.
• Create business plans and sales forecasts.
• Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotes for prospects.
• Follow up on quotes to ensure clients are being serviced and to document the outcome of the proposal.
• Use company CRM to enter all sales activities.
• Strive to build strong client relationships.
• Take part in sales meetings and trade shows as needed.
• Communicate on a regular basis with Sales Manager to review status of accounts and new business opportunities

Qualifications include:

• Minimum 5 years' outside sales experience in the narrow web flexographic label printing industry.
• Must have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities.
• Current book of business a plus, not required.
• Solid client relationship building skills along with a consultative sales approach.
• Strong verbal, written and electronic communication skills needed.

Starting base salary + commissions plus benefits, 401k with a company match, paid holidays and vacation.
