CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) | LOCAL TRAVEL CONTRACT JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Local Travel Contract opportunity in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment. The CNA will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• 12.5-Hour Day Shift
• Rotating Schedule
• Every Other Weekend (EOW) Required

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $14.85 - $17.33 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Current state certification as required
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Measure and record vital signs as directed
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and repositioning
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Support nursing staff with routine patient care responsibilities
• Document care activities accurately and timely
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Competitive pay rate of $14.85 - $17.33 per hour
