Full-Time RN - Acute Care Rehabilitation

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a specialized acute care (Med‑Surg) setting, utilizing the nursing process to achieve optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care on moderate to high acuity units within a multidisciplinary team. Support evidence-based practices and safety protocols to ensure quality care. Precept and mentor new healthcare team members, fostering professional growth. Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on wellness and outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Current RN licensure and BLS certification. Minimum six months of nursing experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
