We offer flexible scheduling, supportive clinical leadership, and opportunities for professional growth.About the RoleAs a Home Health LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and the patient's physician. You will carry out treatments, monitor patient condition, assist with care plan implementation, and support patients and caregivers through education and hands-on care.QualificationsActive Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.Current CPR/BLS certification.Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.Preferred ExperienceAt least one year of nursing experience is preferred.
