About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for monitoring vital signs, reporting changes in resident condition to nurses, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nurses
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
• Participate in resident care planning and implementation
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
