Project Lead, IT

Business Unit: Information Technology Scope As a Project Lead, IT at Houlihan Lokey, you are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of IT projects in alignment with a multitude of software applications at a No. 1 ranked global company. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure that projects meet requirements, budget, and timeline. You will manage the communication, risk, quality, and scope of projects, as well as resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise. Responsibilities Oversee the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of IT projects to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members for timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide technical guidance and leadership to the IT team. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and best practices to maintain the integrity of projects. Analyze the current IT processes across different teams and identify areas for improvement and consolidation. Develop and implement best practices for IT project management including documentation, communications, and appropriate project approval gates. Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital transformation and modern workplace desired. Microsoft 365 experience preferred. Working knowledge of varied project management methodologies is a strong plus. Compensation and Benefits Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is: $145,000‑$175,000. Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
