Are you an experienced Service Advisor/Writer in the heavy line industry looking for a stable income in a stress-free environment? Do you like to work in a rapidly growing company and be an integral part of our success? Heavy-line truck repair company in Fontana, CA has been in business for 7 years and we're growing rapidly. We're looking to add a second service advisor to support our growth and the needs of our customers. Our employees enjoy working in our spacious facility and we take very good care of them. If you are an experienced Service Advisor/Writer who wants a stable job with a growing company where you can learn and grow, we can't wait to speak with you.
Scope of work:
- Greet customers and schedule appointments
- Understand customers' needs and dispatch work to the appropriate technicians
- Order parts and deal with vendors
- Various administrative and customer service activities

Qualifications of Service Advisor/Writer:
- A positive attitude, exceptional communication and people skills and prior experience as a service writer/advisor in the heavy-line industry.
- A valid Driver's License is required.
