Shift Manager – Up to $18.50/hr to start McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Compensation: Starting hourly rates are: $15/hr for limited availability, $16.50/hr for open availability. An additional $2/hr premium is paid for shifts between 9 pm and 8 am. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure excellent quality, service and cleanliness. They plan each shift, monitor performance, maintain safety, security and profitability, communicate with the next Shift Manager, and help departments meet goals. Prior leadership experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment is preferred. A flexible schedule and a positive team‑playing attitude are required.
