Key Responsibilities

• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, mixers, ice, glassware, and supplies.
• Restock bartender stations throughout the night to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain full ice wells and prepare garnishes as needed.
• Collect, wash, and organize glassware efficiently.
• Keep the bar and service areas clean and organized.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for the bar.
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, anticipating their needs.
• Support the bar team during high-volume service to keep drinks flowing.
• Be ready to jump in wherever the team needs assistance.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and a willingness to hustle.
• The ability to move quickly while staying organized.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• A team-first attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to lift and move cases, kegs, and other bar supplies.
• Evening, late-night, and weekend availability.
• Restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required.
