Neonatology Physician Assistant

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opening in Kansas City, MO Seeking a Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join a well-established and collaborative NICU team across multiple locations in the Kansas City, MO metro area. This full-time position offers the ability to work within a progressive healthcare system known for its commitment to family-centered care, clinical excellence, and innovation. Practice Details: Cover multiple NICUs across the system: 49-bed Level IIIB NICU 15-bed Level IIIA NICU Level II NICU and well-baby nursery Regional perinatal referral center with over 460 NICU admissions annually. Advanced ventilator support and modern neonatal care infrastructure. Family-centered features including large private NICU suites and Angel Eye monitoring. Partnered with the March of Dimes NICU Family Support program. Strong emphasis on NNP involvement in: Quality improvement (QI) initiatives Education and mentoring Practice operations New graduates welcome - supportive onboarding with: Customized new grad program One-on-one mentorship APRN-focused professional development classes Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive salary Generous sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available Tuition Assistance Reimbursement Program for recent grads ( Qualifications: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (FNP, PNP, or PA will not be accepted) Active Missouri APRN License (or willing to obtain) DEA and CSR/CDS licenses (or willingness to obtain prior to start) Minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing Must hold current national APRN specialty certification at the time of application
