Support Engineer Palantir - L2
Silicontek Inc
Provides L2 production support for ontology and knowledge-graph use cases implemented across Neo4j and Palantir. Support production ontology objects, relationships, actions, workflows, and graph-backed applications. Troubleshoot object hydration, data lineage, data-quality expectations, action failures, write-back errors, graph queries, and integration issues. Monitor use-case health and work with platform operations, data engineering, FDE teams, and business owners to restore service. Maintain use-case-specific alerts, support runbooks, release checks, and known-error guidance. Identify reusable fixes and patterns that improve support across multiple ontology use cases.
