Step into a rewarding school contract role providing essential occupational therapy services to students for the second semester! This full-time position spans from January 11 to June 3, working Monday through Friday for a total of 40 hours per week. You will play a key part in serving and assessing students across up to 10 school sites, enhancing their access to learning and improving daily living skills.

Your expertise will support a diverse caseload, and you will supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to optimize service delivery. This dynamic role is suited for professionals passionate about making a positive impact on students in an educational environment.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Valid license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience with school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Comfortable serving multiple school sites and working with students K-12
• Familiarity with IEP processes, student evaluations, and therapy documentation
• Prior experience providing supervision to COTAs a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Travel between assigned school sites to assess and serve students in need of occupational therapy
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student IEPs
• Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to a COTA, supporting their professional growth
• Maintain clear and timely documentation per district and regulatory requirements
• Communicate progress and strategies to families and staff
• Contribute to a positive, student-focused environment
