Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of automotive body repairs, including panel replacement, dent removal, and frame straightening.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot body and frame issues to determine the most efficient and effective repair methods while following the manufacturers repair procedures.
• Utilize advanced tools and equipment to ensure accurate and precise repairs.
• Follow established repair procedures and safety protocols to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Keep accurate records of repair procedures for the job performed.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, including estimators, customer service representatives, and painters, to provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a body shop technician, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in automotive body repair techniques and skilled in using industry-standard tools and equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of different vehicle makes and models, with a strong understanding of automotive anatomy and structure
• Solid understanding of collision repair processes, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair complex body issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering a respectful and supportive atmosphere.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, to interact with team members.
