ADLs (care + support) may include: · Hygiene support (toileting/bedpan assistance, bathing, oral care, skin/hair care) · Mobility/ambulation support · Dressing and grooming · Feeding assistance · Engagement/companionship (conversation, puzzles, card games) · Meal prep per instructions Light homemaking may include: · Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping · Dishes · Changing bed linens · Laundry · Bathroom cleaningWhat We're Looking For· Strong communication + listening skills · Dependable, professional, and safety-minded · Valid driver's license and insured vehicle, or reliable transportation · Able to communicate with office staff weekly · Willing to follow company policies and direction · Able to pass a background check and drug test Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hourRight at Home's mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
