Consumer Finance Associate (Senior Level)Direct Counsel is representing a leading AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Senior Associate with 7+ years of financial services regulatory and compliance experience to join its nationally recognized Financial Regulatory & Compliance Practice.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on mortgage lending, consumer finance, commercial finance, alternative lending, and FinTech productsHandle state licensing and regulatory compliance mattersAdvise on TILA, RESPA, UDAAP/UDAP, HMDA, FCRA, and FDCPASupport clients with money services businesses and payment systemsEnforcement experience is a plusWork directly with clients on complex regulatory matters and take on significant responsibilityQualifications7+ years of financial services regulatory/compliance experienceStrong knowledge of applicable financial services laws and regulationsExcellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to client serviceMust be admitted or eligible for admission in the applicable jurisdictionSpanish fluency preferred, but not requiredLocationsPhoenix, AZ | Dallas, TX | Miami, FL | Washington, D.C. | New York, NY | Chicago, IL | Atlanta, GAWork Arrangement: Onsite Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and location.Benefits: Full comprehensive benefits are available
