Hilton Columbus Polaris is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in our restaurant and bar, 17Arrows Craft Kitchen and Bar, and oversee the entire restaurant and bar operation. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in a scratch kitchen or supervisory role, with strong menu development and cost-control skills, and a willingness to open availability for shifts.
