General Manager – Seattle, Washington Full-time | On-site | Leadership Role $90-100,000 Base plus bonus. Integrity Roofing and Construction is expanding its presence across the Seattle market, building on the strong foundation established by our Poulsbo headquarters and growing demand throughout the region. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a hands‑on, sales‑driven General Manager to lead growth across a defined market area, supporting and expanding multiple existing locations while driving new opportunities. The Opportunity We’re hiring a General Manager to lead and grow a defined market within our Seattle region. You will be expected to drive production, lead from the front in the field, and set the pace for your team’s performance. In this role, you will develop the existing team, generate and close business, and oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple locations. You will stay active in the field, including inspections, estimates, and closing deals focused on production and market growth. This is not a behind‑the‑scenes role. We are looking for a leader who is comfortable in homes, on roofs, and on job sites, working alongside the team while owning market‑level results. You will be supported by our Poulsbo leadership team with proven systems, training, and operational guidance, giving you the platform to scale and grow your market.
