Setting: Home Health / Patient Homes

Shifts: Weekend Day Hours (9 am - 3 pm)

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: W2 Employee

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or PCA experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor

• Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation required

• Ability to travel within the Dry Ridge, KY

• Ability to pass background screening and drug screening

• Hands on CPR

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment

• Assist with meal preparation and basic nutrition

• Monitor client condition and report changes to the care team

Job Description

Wise Home Care is seeking dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCA) for weekend in-home care opportunities in the Dayton, OH area.

This role provides one-on-one care to clients in their homes, supporting their safety, comfort, and independence. Ideal for caregivers who value flexibility, meaningful work, and building strong relationships with those they serve.
