1. POSITION SUMMARY

This position provides full spectrum pediatric care within a collaborative hospital affiliated practice. The role includes outpatient pediatrics with some inpatient responsibilities and participation in a structured call rotation.

2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient pediatric care
• Provide inpatient pediatric coverage as needed
• Attend high risk deliveries when required
• Conduct evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing management
• Collaborate with pediatricians, OB/GYN providers, and multispecialty colleagues
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support quality and performance improvement initiatives

3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Physician with qualifications in Pediatrics
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• NRP certification
• Comfortable with newborn and inpatient coverage

9. SCHEDULE & CALL REQUIREMENTS

• Standard inpatient and outpatient clinical hours
• Shared call: approximately 1:3
• Participation in newborn and inpatient coverage

This position reports to Clinical Leadership and collaborates with pediatrics, OB/GYN, and multispecialty teams across the organization.
