As a member of our kitchen team, you’ll play a key role in creating the delightful treats that Mango Mango Dessert is known for. Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Welcome Our Guests: Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take Orders & Payments: Accurately take orders and operate the POS and cash register.
• Serve Desserts & Drinks: Prepare, package, and serve desserts and beverages according to our standards.
• Provide Menu Assistance: Answer questions and help customers choose from our menu.
• Keep It Clean & Organized: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked front-of-house area.
• Work as a Team: Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Customer-Focused: Friendly, approachable, and committed to creating a great guest experience.
• Strong Communication: Capable of communicating clearly and professionally with customers and teammates.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate when taking orders, processing payments, and fulfilling customer requests.
• Team Player: Positive, cooperative, and willing to help wherever needed.
• Dependable: Reliable, punctual, and responsible with scheduled shifts.
• Flexible: Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods. Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
