What makes you the right fit High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in quality, electronics, engineering, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing environment. Basic understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes. Ability to read basic technical documents, procedures, and instructions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred skills Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or electromechanical assembly. Familiarity with ISO quality standards or regulated manufacturing environments. Knowledge of inspection tools and quality documentation practices. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

How you keep quality tight Monitor and verify manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures. Perform process audits and quality checks throughout production. Review work instructions, documentation, and quality records for accuracy and compliance. Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS). Support investigations of non-conforming products and process issues. Work with production teams to ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, internal procedures, and industry standards. Maintain accurate inspection reports and quality documentation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing quality and efficiency. Assist with training employees on quality standards and procedures when necessary.
