Who we're looking for

Experienced technicians who excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and are passionate about delivering high-quality, transparent auto care.

What we offer:

Flat rate is here!!! Up to $70 flat rate

• Competitive hourly pay: Up to $65 hourly pay or up to $70 flat rate based on years of experience!
• Performance bonus: Up to $10 per billable hour!

As a Stress-Free Auto Care technician, you'll:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems
• Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team
• Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high-quality service
• Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement

We provide the tools, resources, and environment you need to succeed—so you can focus on doing what you do best.

Pay/years of experience breakdown:

• A level: 7-10+ years of experience Up to $60 an hour
• B level: 2-7 years of experience Up to $45 an hour
• Tire tech/C level: 6 months-2 years of experience Up to $32 an hour

Physical requirements

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
• Efficiently navigate a computer
