Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Mechanic Technician is responsible for maintaining the performance and reliability of paperboard converting equipment by performing installations, repairs, and troubleshooting across the sheeting and finishing processes. The role executes corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to support efficient and safe production operations.Starting Pay: $40.88/hr. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 5 days of paid vacation after 1 year of employment, and 14 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
