Assistant Hospitality Manager

We are looking for a talented Assistant Hospitality Manager to work in the Matcham Hospitality team, home of Magic Mike Live, Penny Bar and Permission who will be dedicated to the Hippodrome with a desire to develop your career. You’ll be responsible for managing the hospitality team, as well as creating, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Key Responsibilities Support delivery of strategic initiatives and ensure policies/procedures are in place Maintain and improve customer service standards and overall customer journey Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance customer experience Manage daily operations, including records, cash handling, and reporting Monitor service quality, costs, and efficiency, implementing improvements where needed Support training and development of team members Monitor service quality, costs, and efficiency, implementing improvements where needed Maintain strong communication across teams and management What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of customer service excellence Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment A positive, professional and results-driven approach Flexibility to work late nights and weekends What We Offer Inclusion in the hospitality tronc. 50% discount in the Hippodrome Casino's restaurants & bars. 30% off Magic Mike Live tickets for friends and family.
