• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for 8+ hours per day

• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

• Previous experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing settings
• Familiarity with operating machinery or equipment
• Basic understanding of safety standards and OSHA regulations

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in production, assembly, shipping/receiving, or sanitation is a plus but not mandatory

• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to moderate noise and variable temperatures
• Must adhere to all company safety and PPE policies
• Availability for some weekend or overtime work based on production needs
