Mt. Kisco Honda and Acura of Bedford Hills are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead dealership operations across both locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive leader with the ability to oversee all areas of the business, drive performance, and support continued growth across two respected dealership brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive dealership leadership, with hands-on experience across sales, fixed operations, pre-owned vehicles, finance, marketing, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and team development. Honda or Acura brand experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation:

• Up to $300,000 per year based on experience and performance

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for both Mt. Kisco Honda and Acura of Bedford Hills
• Lead sales, service, parts, finance, pre-owned, and administrative departments
• Develop and execute strategies to increase profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate department leaders and team members
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, gross profit, expenses, and fixed operations results
• Drive pre-owned vehicle acquisition, appraisal, merchandising, and profitability
• Work closely with ownership and management teams to meet dealership goals
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and applicable regulations
• Maintain a strong focus on customer experience, employee culture, and long-term business growth
• Support marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to grow market share

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of automotive General Manager experience required
• Proven track record of leading profitable dealership operations
• Strong working knowledge of dealership departments, including sales, fixed operations, pre-owned, finance, and marketing
• Experience with Honda or Acura brands preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to motivate teams, hold departments accountable, and drive results
• Professional, organized, and performance-driven
• Valid driver’s license required
