• New grads and practicing physicians are welcome
• Partnership Track
• Established practice with mentorship
• Professionally managed practice and experienced staff
• Robotics and specialty equipment available (Da Vinci Xi, Greenlight, ESWL)
• Call 1:3
• Hospital unassigned ED call requirement of 7 days per month - compensated in addition to salary
• Robust primary care referral base
• 24/7 anesthesia coverage
• 24/7 hospitalist service
• Joining one other physician
• If hospital employment is preferred - that can be considered

• Inpatient/Outpatient
• Bulk of work is outpatient
• Opportunity to grow inpatient
• OK with non-robotically trained docs
• 3-party agreement

• There is a County Hospital outside of the city that may close - future possibility to partner with them
• 161 beds
