You and your team will work closely with the company’s marketing team where you’ll play a critical role in supporting our marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of marketing analytics principles in the financial services or mortgage industry.### Day-to-Day Responsibilities include, but not limited to:* **Model Development & Forecasting -** Design, develop, and maintain unified models to track and monitor Marketing performance, including website traffic, campaign conversion rates, paid search ads, paid social ads, direct mail and other digital marketing channels.* **Quantitative Processes & Data Engineering -** Create and maintain quantitative processes including data mining, predictive modeling, and complex data processing to support data-driven insights and decision making.* **Analytics Tools & Systems Development -** Develop and oversee marketing analytics tools and systems tools (e.g., Gurobi, Hubspot, GTM, Google Analytics, Salesforce) that enable data-driven decisions, aligning capital markets operations with broader business strategies to drive profitability and effectiveness.* **Competitive Intelligence –** Assess competitive intelligence tools (i.e. Google Analytics, SemRush, Competiscan, Lashback) and assist in developing a quarterly competitive intelligence report.* **Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication -** Partner with key stakeholders, including Marketing, Lock Desk, Bulk Trading Desk, Pipeline Hedging, and FP&A to ensure analytics solutions meet diverse marketing and operational needs. Communicate effectively using data and metrics to support time-sensitive decisions with clarity and precision.* **Automation & Scalability -** Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance scalability, accuracy, and efficiency across Marketing workflows.**What you'll need:*** 1+ years of related experience.* Bachelor's degree in related field required; Masters or MBA in related field preferred.* Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including; sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.* Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.* Intermediate to advanced experience with C#, SQL Server, Excel and Excel VBA, PowerBI.* Intermediate to advanced experience with statistical analysis, including the use of tools like R or Python.* Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $107,395.00 - $132,661.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
