As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the Campus Director.

Position Overview:

As the Campus Director, you will oversee the overall operations and administration of the campus. You will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inspiring learning environment for our students while ensuring the efficient functioning of all campus departments. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team and significantly impact our institution's success and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve the college's mission, goals, and objectives.
• Develop and implement campus-wide policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and supervise the performance of all campus departments, including admissions, academic affairs, student services, finance, and facilities.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and development of faculty and staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute short-term and long-term growth plans, ensuring financial sustainability and student enrollment targets are met.
• Co-manage the student admissions process, ensuring adherence to admission criteria, timely enrollment, and efficient communication with prospective students.
• Monitor and evaluate student satisfaction, academic progress, and retention rates, implementing strategies to enhance student success and engagement.
• Foster strong relationships with industry professionals, community organizations, and regulatory agencies to enhance the college's reputation and partnerships.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and educational innovations to continuously improve the quality of education and services offered.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Manage the campus budget, monitor expenses, and make sound financial decisions to optimize resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in higher education, preferably in a cosmetology or career college setting.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of cosmetology education and industry trends.
• Proven track record of successful campus or institutional management, including strategic planning, financial management, and staff development.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build relationships with students, faculty, staff, industry professionals, and community stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulatory compliance in higher education.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with student information systems and educational technology.
