Talent Acquisition Recruiter I

Job Description:

• This position supports the Turnaround Hiring Group and is focused primarily on onboarding and hiring support activities, with less emphasis on sourcing and recruiting.
• The Recruiter is responsible for providing customer service to internal and external customers, coordinating hiring activities, extending job offers, and supporting the successful onboarding of new hires.
• Prior recruiting experience is not required. We are seeking candidates who are organized, adaptable, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior recruiting experience is not required. We are seeking candidates who are organized, adaptable, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, learn new processes quickly, and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates site interviews with appropriate hiring manager to select qualified candidates for project specific requirements and make contingent employment offers based on federal/state law.
• Manages assigned employment requisitions to include but not limited to reviewing, editing, and final approval of completed requisition.
• Tracks and reports data on staffing plan processes using computer software programs that may include MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and other software databases.
• Builds and updates job descriptions based on project and scope of work
• Coordinates and conducts re-deployment initiatives (proactive communication with employees prior to anticipated end date)
• Conducts operational and administrative portions of the hire process (background checks, drug screen, health screen, I9 compliance, E-Verify compliance, employment paperwork, site specific requirements)
• Other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English is a plus
