About the Position We are seeking a Bilingual HR Specialist / Generalist to join our team in Oxnard. This is a hands‑on HR role supporting the HR Manager with day‑to‑day HR operations and employee support. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, approachable, and comfortable handling a variety of HR responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications 4+ years of HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar HR experience. Fluent in English and Spanish — required. Hands‑on experience with day‑to‑day HR functions. Knowledge of onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll/timekeeping, and employee relations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Comfortable working independently while supporting an HR team. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Onsite availability in Oxnard, CA. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Manager with daily HR operations and employee needs. Assist with new hire onboarding, orientations, and offboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and HR files. Assist with employee relations and respond to employee questions and concerns. Support benefits administration and employee enrollment. Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping. Help coordinate recruiting, interviews, and hiring activities. Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Assist with HR reports, audits, and other administrative tasks. Help coordinate employee training and company communications. Provide bilingual support to employees and management. Perform other HR duties and special projects as needed.
