Are you an experienced and reliable Over the Road Truck Driver looking for your next great opportunity?
Position: Over the Road (OTR) Truck Driver Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Operate and drive long-haul trucks to transport goods and cargo over long distances.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws while on the road.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the truck to ensure safe operation.
- Manage and secure cargo to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and records of deliveries, hours, and mileage.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and follow delivery instructions.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to various locations.
- Provide excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as an OTR truck driver with a strong safety record.
- Ability to handle long hours on the road and adapt to varying schedules.
- Good physical health and stamina to manage long-distance driving.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
