Join us in making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role located in the Greater Seattle Area. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing hands‑on nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring patient health, and assessing their needs. Additional duties include collaborating with the care team, maintaining patient records, and offering emotional support to residents and their families. The LPN will ensure compliance with care standards and uphold a high standard of quality and safety within the facility. Qualifications Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Washington Strong clinical skills, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and providing direct patient care Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and documentation standards Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate professionally with patients and families Compassionate attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to patient‑centered care Experience in long‑term care, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting is a plus Basic computer and electronic medical records (EMR) proficiency CPR and First Aid certifications are required #J-18808-Ljbffr NurseCare AFH LLC
