Unsere Kunden sind Onlinehändler, für die wir Shops migrieren, skalieren und in KI-Systemen wie ChatGPT und Google AI sichtbar machen (GEO). Wir arbeiten AI-first, mit Standorten in Stuttgart und Dubai und einem remote verteilten Team. Wir haben sehr zufriedene Händler, Fünf-Sterne-Bewertungen und messbare Ergebnisse. Was uns fehlt, ist jemand, der diese Erfolge täglich in Content übersetzt. Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn und YouTube. Du produzierst täglich Content, drehst und schneidest Händler-Testimonials und machst die Erfolge von NETSHAKE sichtbar. Eigenständig, ab dem ersten Tag, ohne Freigabeschleifen über die Geschäftsführung. Aufgaben Du bespielst TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn und YouTube täglich mit mindestens einem Beitrag pro Kanal – ab deinem ersten Arbeitstag. Du bringst unsere bestehenden Kanäle in Ordnung: Profile, Bios, Highlights, Playlists und Alt-Content. Du produzierst Video-Content end-to-end: Konzept, Aufnahme, Schnitt, Untertitel, Veröffentlichung. Du gewinnst Händler-Testimonials selbst: Du identifizierst zufriedene Kunden gemeinsam mit unserem Sales- und Fulfillment-Team, rufst sie an, führst die Aufnahme per Video-Call, schneidest das Material, veröffentlichst es auf YouTube und verteilst es als Shorts auf allen Kanälen. Du machst aus Bewertungen, Ergebnissen und Projekten wiederverwendbare Formate: Karussells, Quote-Cards, Shorts. Du baust und betreibst den AI Twin unseres CEOs Sven-Oliver Stietzel (Stimme, Bild, Sprachstil) und produzierst damit CEO-Content, ohne seine Zeit zu beanspruchen. Wo er persönlich gebraucht wird, bereitest du alles so vor (Skript, Setup, Fragen), dass er in wenigen Minuten liefert. Du stellst sicher, dass jede fachliche Aussage zu Shopify, Migration und KI-Sichtbarkeit korrekt ist – dafür holst du dir das Wissen direkt bei unseren Experten im Team. Du lieferst wöchentlich ein KPI-Reporting an die Geschäftsführung. Qualifikation Du hast Social-Media-Kanäle nachweislich selbst aufgebaut und auf Reichweite gebracht. Die Links dazu sind Teil deiner Bewerbung. Du beherrschst Videoschnitt sicher (CapCut, Premiere Pro oder DaVinci Resolve) inklusive Aufnahme, Untertitelung und plattformgerechtem Export. Du bist am Telefon souverän und hast keine Hemmungen, Kunden aktiv für ein Testimonial anzusprechen. Du verstehst E-Commerce und Shopify oder arbeitest dich innerhalb von zwei Wochen ein. Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau. Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und lieferst remote ohne Kontrolle täglich Output. Du setzt um, statt lange zu planen. Erste Ergebnisse gibt es bei dir in Tagen, nicht in Wochen.
