Responsibilities: • Build strong relationships with clients in Schaumburg, IL, US • Embrace and represent the brand and culture effectively • Provide coaching and support to clients on their wellness journey • Ensure client accountability throughout their program • Introduce and explain program products to clients • Help clients recognize the value of participating in the program • Engage proactively with colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment Qualifications: • Optimistic and hardworking individual with a love for health and well-being • Passionate about helping others become the most empowered version of themselves and achieve their goals • Self-starter who has the ability to see how they can improve their client's experience • Outgoing and personable with a desire to build relationships within and outside the community • Team player with a positive attitude • Genuine desire to inspire and motivate others • Ability to develop positive, collaborative, and professional relationships • Strong listening, partnering, and motivational skills to understand individual needs • Demonstrated organizational and multitasking ability • Basic computer skills and point-of-sale system experience • Reliable and professional in every aspect of the VitaLife Revolution Compensation: $17 hourly plus commission
