Strategic Benefits & Compensation Specialist

Miningamigos

Capstone Copper is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to administer and analyze employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, equity, and regulatory compliance. This role partners with HR leadership, finance, and vendors to support reward strategies and HRIS data integrity.

You will develop salary structures, oversee incentive plans, and administer benefits programs while maintaining confidentiality and driving process improvements across the organization.
