This role offers hands-on experience in semiconductor process integration, electrical data analysis, yield optimization, and cross-functional problem solving. You will have the opportunity to drive process improvements, influence product performance, and help accelerate technology scaling through engineering excellence and innovation.Responsibilities:Enable next generation DRAM technologies in manufacturing and support yield ramp activitiesAnalyze electrical and inline process data to identify yield detractors, process excursions, and improvement opportunitiesOptimize process integration flows and device structures to enhance yield, performance, and manufacturabilityMonitor manufacturing performance and ensure process specifications and structural integrity meet production requirementsPartner with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiativesMinimum Qualifications:Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience with CMOS technology and semiconductor manufacturing fundamentalsKnowledge of semiconductor process modules such as CMP, thin films, etch, and photolithographyUnderstanding of memory technologies including DRAM, NAND, and NORExperience with statistical data analysis and problem-solving methodologiesPreferred Qualifications:Semiconductor industry experience in process integration, process development, or yield engineeringKnowledge of advanced DRAM technologies and manufacturing processesExperience with advanced CMOS process integration and technology optimizationExperience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiativesPhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related fieldAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
