We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant / HR Generalist Support Professional to join a busy Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative support, employee interaction, data management, and onboarding coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new hire onboarding and prepare onboarding packets
• Answer general employee questions and provide administrative support
• Maintain and organize employee files and records
• Conduct file audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Perform data entry, reporting, and spreadsheet analysis
• Support HR projects and other administrative duties as assigned
• Assist with document management, filing, and record retention

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, HR, or office support experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Work Environment

• Professional office setting
• Casual dress environment (jeans and T-shirts permitted)
• Occasional access to a production area may be required
• Slip-resistant steel-toe footwear is required when entering the production floor (employee-provided); all other PPE will be supplied
