COTA - Travel Contract

We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role in Pasco, WA at a skilled nursing facility. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain skills needed for everyday life. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Washington state COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or post-acute setting preferred.
• Demonstrated competence with ADL training, therapeutic modalities commonly used in SNF settings, and documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs and fall prevention preferred.
