Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-Minute Lunch)

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and reliable Certified Maintenance Technician to join a thriving apartment community in Olathe, KS . If you have strong HVAC and maintenance experience, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in keeping apartment communities running smoothly, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Complete service requests and work orders efficiently and professionally

✅ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems ( EPA Certification Required )

✅ Perform electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs

✅ Handle carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance tasks

✅ Assist with apartment make-readies and unit turns

✅ Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities

✅ Respond to resident maintenance requests with excellent customer service

✅ Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
