Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in handling complex surgical cases. Telemetry experience is essential for monitoring and responding to patient needs. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. Effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team are crucial for patient care.
