Position Title: Cleaning Technician Reports To: Area Manager

Department: Operations Position Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary: This role is responsible for performing cleaning services for homeowner associations. The employee will be provided with uniforms, equipment, cleaning supplies, and training in order to perform custodial duties.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, floor cleaning, kitchen cleaning, gym cleaning
• Responsible for providing outstanding service at all times
• Reports to an area manager/building supervisor
• Communicates relevant information or special requests

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Desirable Cleaning Experience
• Excellent work ethic, display a high level of character and integrity
• Desire to work independently as well as a team player

Other Requirements:

Ability to respond to emergencies efficiently

Able to work a flexible schedule: days, evenings, weekends

Professional, positive and enthusiastic, self-motivated and dedicated
