1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday | 5:00 AM - 6:30 PM

We're seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and facility systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues
• Repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and drives
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents
• Complete work orders and maintenance records accurately
• Support production teams during equipment changeovers and breakdowns
• Follow all safety, GMP, and lockout/tagout procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Help identify and implement equipment improvements

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, food production, or a regulated environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with motors, conveyors, pumps, bearings, and production equipment
• Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience with SAP or other maintenance management systems is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Ability to wear required PPE
