Location: Birmingham, AL Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Extension Possible) Schedule: 3×12‑hour shifts weekly Type: Local Contract (Not Travel)

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long‑Term Acute Care (LTAC) ICU contract in Birmingham, Alabama . This is a local, closer‑to‑home contract offering a stable schedule, supportive clinical environment, and the option to extend based on performance and facility needs.

• Provide high‑acuity nursing care to LTAC ICU patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses
• Administer medications, infusions, and advanced therapies
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Respond to critical changes in patient status and follow ICU protocols
• Support daily clinical operations within the LTAC ICU setting

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama
• LTAC, ICU, or high‑acuity experience preferred
• Strong critical‑thinking and assessment skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to patient‑centered care
