Production Worker

Pay: $15.00 – $15.50/hour Shifts:

• Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 6:30 PM
• Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:30 AM Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 schedule)

Job Summary: Production Workers support the debunk/inspection area by stacking and wiping WIP trays on dollies, removing scrap materials, assisting with packing, and maintaining a clean and efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stack, wipe, and organize trays on dollies
• Remove scrap materials safely and efficiently
• Assist with packing products
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Prior production or manufacturing experience required
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 lbs
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends
